Kolkata News

Ahead of TMC’s ‘Khela Hobe Divas’ celebrations on Monday, a ‘Khela Hobe’ tableau made its way to the Independence Day parade on Kolkata’s Red Road on Sunday. West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee was present when the tableau was introduced.

Apart from this, tableaux of various government schemes like ‘Duare Sarkar’, ‘Lakshmi Bhandar’ and student credit cards also found their way to the 75th Independence Day parade.

As per sources, it was TMC’s way of sending out the message that after being re-elected for a third term in West Bengal earlier, the party is here to stay and will proudly flaunt their achievements.
