KOLKATA: The Calcutta high court has notified that the regular works of the court, along with circuit bench, tribunals and the subordinate courts under its control, will remain suspended till April 30 due to the Covid-19 situation.
All interim orders, which were valid till April 9, will be extended up to April 30. In case of matters involving extreme urgency, the advocate-on-record or party in person may file scanned copy of the petition along with necessary documents through email at least two days prior to the sitting of the bench.
